WORKING CONDITIONS

We offer fair working conditions that meet contemporary expectations: a workload of 42 hours per week with flexible time management, five weeks of vacation each year, and an attractive pension fund. If their work allows it, we permit employees to work remotely – within clear, well-defined parameters.

OUR APPLICATION PROCESS

We want our application process to be clear, efficient, and transparent. Our goal is for both you and ACLARIS to be able to determine as best as possible if we are a good fit.

You can expect the following steps in this process:

1. Initial meeting: An online interview with our People & Culture department

The initial interview takes places with our People & Culture department and lasts about 30 to 45 minutes. The purpose of this online interview is for us to get to know each other.

What can you expect?
• You will be introduced to ACLARIS: our culture, our values, and our vision.
 • You will have the opportunity to tell us about yourself: your motivation, your expectations, and your career path.
 • You can clarify any open questions.

Job-specific details are not the focus of this first interview. Instead, you should get a feel for whether ACLARIS could be the right employer for you – and we can find out if you fit in our team. If either of us does not feel like we are a good fit, it is possible to end the application process at this point.

2. First interview at ACLARIS: A chance to learn more about our business and our team

If the initial online interview goes well for both of us, we will invite you to an in-person interview at ACLARIS.

What happens at this interview?
 • You will have an interview lasting one to two hours with the department offering the job you applied for.
 • This interview will focus on topics related to the position you applied for and personal topics.
 • You may already meet some of the people from your future team.

This interview should give you a better idea not only of the type of work we do but also of our team culture and company culture.

3. Second interview at ACLARIS: A deeper look into our company (depending on the position)

Depending on the position and area you applied for, it may be necessary to schedule a second interview at ACLARIS.

What might this step entail?
 • A meeting with your potential team: If teamwork is an important aspect of your position, it might make sense to meet with your potential colleagues.
 • A tour of our production facilities: If your position is closely related to production activities, we often schedule an extensive tour of our production facilities so you can get a better impression of your future work environment.
 • A meeting with management: Depending on the position you apply for, you may also meet members of management or be familiarized with other areas of the company.
 • An assessment (only in exceptional cases): In general, no assessments are carried out as part of our application process. If, however, an assessment is considered necessary, it will be carried out during this step.

4. Contract: An offer of employment and signing of the contract

As soon as all open questions have been answered and both parties are sure they want to continue the process, contract negotiations begin.

The contract negotiation process:
 • We will contact you in a timely manner to make you an offer.
 • If you prefer, we can discuss the final contract details in person.
 • In today’s digital world, we do not find it necessary for you to come to ACLARIS again for this step – unless that is your preference.

We aim to keep the application process efficient and to avoid adding any unnecessary hurdles. As soon as both parties sign the contract, we can start our journey together into future!
